Your data will be handled confidentially via Shopify Payments services and encrypted with SSL (Secure-Socket-Layer) secure server software. The encrypted information of your order, your name, address, credit card or bank details cannot be read by any third party.
What are the payment options available?
At Md3sign Studio, we accept payments by PayPal or your credit card (VISA / MasterCard/ AMERICAN EXPRESS etc.).
When will my download / access be available?
After purchasing the digital product/course, you’ll receive a notification via e-mail and you’ll be able to immediately download/access the products/course you purchased. For courses, you’ll be requested to login into your user account in order to access the course you purchased.
I’m experiencing difficulties with the product or course
If you’re unable to for some reason download you product or access the course you purchased, first check your connection, and if that’s not the issue, reach out to us via e-mail at info@md3sign.com, and we’ll provide an alternative link to download the product or access the course.
I tried the product / course and I am not satisfied, what now?

- Online courses / Masterclasses – Our goal is to satisfy every single customer, and we don’t want you to leave unsatisfied by the quality of our work since we put a lot of knowledge & skill in our work. If you are not satisfied, you have 1 week after purchasing our course/masterclass to contact us and explain the reason you’re requesting a refund. Absolutely NOT. You can follow the course / masterclass whenever you have time to, or feel like learning. You’re absolutely free to organize your time.
Do you offer Life-Time access to courses / masterclasses?
Once you enroll, you have a LIFE-TIME access to our courses / masteclasses, which means that you’ll be able to review them again from the chapter you pick as many times as you want, and even after you finish the course / masterclass.
