As I said, it's super straight-forward. You basically type in any keyword based on the playlist you're looking to find and get results based on the criteria you selected.

Once you're done with searching & have all the necessary results you looked for, you can export the list as a CSV, PDF or Excel file, or save it to your playlist database which is located at the same platform (Playlist Supply).

3. Features

Keyword Search

You can type in anything! Get creative with your searches to find the most results and niche results that may still need to be discovered! Finding the right keywords and searching within your niche is the most effective. (Country, City, Language, Emotion, Location, Workout, Trends, Tiktok, Associated Acts, Similar Artists, etc.) 

Criteria

Choose what type of search you want. Whether Emails or Social Handles. Also, the Similar Artist function lets you search by artist or band name.

Searching for “Email” Criteria is the most standard for popular genres or any keywords. We suggest everyone start here!

Data Points

Once you have listed results, you will see useful data point columns that show the followers, tracks, the date it was last modified, popularity score, owner name and all the necessary contact info for each playlist.

Popularity score:  A score of how big or small artists are within the playlist. Closer to 0 is a playlist that features small, lesser-known artists. Towards 100 is a playlist that features all the most mainstream or popular artists.

Features like popularity score & last modified will let you know if contacting a playlist is worth your time or not. If the playlist isn't active, why would you contact it in the first place? Exactly, no point. That's why Playlist Supply helps you to find active playlists you can contact & potentially get your songs on.

Export Features

Exporting feature allows you to export the playlists you selected to a CSV, Excel or PDF file. This helps a lot when you want to organize everything and keep in order. Playlist Supply recommends to run multiple searches with different keywords and then combine exports in a single spreadsheet. That allows you to filter your results or mark curators you already contacted.

Playlist Directory & Update Function

You can select and Save Playlists to your Directory within the platform. You are then able to “Update” the Directory to monitor each individual playlist activity over time. This is a HUGE feature, and we like to emphasize how important this can be for separating quality playlists from the lot. If you add playlists and update them, you can see exactly how their data changes. (e.g., detect changes in followers or changes in contact info, etc.).

This feature is highly important since you can easily spot the bot playlists. If you see playlist followers going from 0 - 1000 or even more in a single day, there's a high chance of it being scam playlist. That means you should highly stay away from it.

Organic Playlist Search

This is their exciting new feature that's not really available anywhere else on the internet. It's super helpful & extremely effective for organic growth. 5. How Credits Work

Currently, PlaylistSupply credit system applies only to the Organic Playlist Search feature, and it's very easy to understand how credits work.
If a search yields the contact information of 1-5 playlist curators, then one credit is deducted. If the search give you 5+ playlist curator contacts, then two credits are deducted. For every 5 results you get, you lose one credit. Very simple.
