Having issues with your download?
Your satisfaction with our products is our priority, and we want everyone to be satisfied with the quality they get once they purchase our product. Once you purchase our product, you have 48 hours to reach out to us if you experience a problem. If 48 hours from purchasing pass, and you contact us, we unfortunately can't offer a refund, since we think that 48 hours is absolutely enough to explore the product..
If the refund request is done in time, we allow refunds for streamable content and for downloadable files only if any download hasn't been tracked yet.
To be able to refund your purchase, we request/require:
- Receipt or proof of purchase;
- First and last names used at the checkout;
- Email address used at the checkout.
Please make sure to provide all the necessary data, or we won't be able to refund your purchase and make both sides fair and satisfied. It is your responsibility to provide all the data asked by our side.
Refunds notification
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Piracy
We receive an alert as soon as you access your content from 3 IP addresses.
We will notify you when we see suspicious activity with your order.
We manually check each IP access and we arrogate the right to deny any refund to whoever is accessing our content from several distant locations.
We retain the right to revoke the access to each content purchased by anyone who is responsible for piracy as it represents a danger for us.
Bulk orders refund
Currently, we do not offer refunds on bulk orders.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
